Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through our official website only.
  • We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an extra charge of ₹40 per order.
  • Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 working days.
  • Free Shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, pin code, and festive/sale events.
  • Please ensure accurate shipping details; Scinara is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Due to the personal care nature of our products, returns are not accepted once opened or used.
  • Returns are only applicable in cases of:
    •  Wrong product delivered
    •  Damaged or defective product
    • Expired product delivered
  • To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video and photo).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via original payment mode or bank transfer (for COD orders).

Product Information & Usage

  • All products are carefully formulated and tested for safety. However, results may vary depending on individual skin types.
  • We recommend conducting a patch test before full application.
  • Scinara is not liable for skin reactions or allergies that may occur due to individual sensitivities.
  • Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
