Return & refund policy

At Scinara, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we follow a no-return policy once the product is opened or used.

Returns Accepted:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product on delivery
  • Expired product received

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer care.
  • Product should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of damage/issue (unboxing video and photo) may be requested.

Refunds

  •  If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refund will be provided via bank transfer (details will be collected from you).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products purchased during clearance sales
